Exchange Policy
In case you do not like the order, you received, do not worry, ZIN offers a customer-friendly exchange policy of 7 days. You can exchange the product only if its seal and original packaging is intact:
To initiate the exchange, follow these simple steps
- Request an exchange via email with item and order name
- Indicate the valid reason for exchange
- Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal.
- The replacement item will be dispatched at the given address and you will take care of the reshipment charges
Return Policy
In case you find any damage or faults in the received products, do not worry, ZIN has a customer-friendly return policy. To return your items, your products must be unopened and in original condition and must be returned within 7 days from original receipt of goods.
To return an item:
- Provide a proof of product purchases
- Take a picture of damaged or faulty item
- Request the return via email along with the pictures of products and reasons for return
- Send back the item in its original packaging and seal and reshipment charges will be your responsibility
- You will receive a coupon equivalent to the value of your returning item.
Cancellation
For cancellation, the sooner you inform, the better is for you. You can only cancel your orders if it is not shipped. Since the items are shipped within one business day.
